Who we are

What we collect and why

We collect personal data in two situations only:

• When you submit our contact form: your name, work email address, company name, and message. We use this data to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on it.
• When you email us directly at an address published on this site: the content of your email and your contact details. We use this data to reply to you.

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. If you book a call via the scheduling link on this site, you leave our website and the privacy notice of that external scheduling provider applies.

Legal basis

We process contact form submissions and inbound email on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you actively send us information through the form, we also rely on the consent you express by submitting it (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who processes your data

Contact form submissions are sent directly to HubSpot, which we use as our customer relationship management system. HubSpot acts as our processor and hosts this data in the European Union. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties beyond this processor, unless required by law.

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship follows. In that case we keep the data for the duration of that relationship and any legally required retention periods.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, and no advertising technology.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to our processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email jonathan@digital-energy.group. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; you may also contact the authority competent for your place of residence.
