Necessary
These keep the site working and are always on:
- de-consent (local storage, 12 months): remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit.
- Booking window: when you click "Book a call" or "Get heat", a HubSpot Meetings page loads inside a window on this site. HubSpot may set functional cookies needed to schedule the meeting; HubSpot's own privacy notice applies to what you enter there.
Analytics, only after you agree
If you accept analytics in the cookie bar, the following tools load. They help us see which parts of the site are read and which buttons are used. No advertising, no resale of data.
- Hotjar, by Hotjar Ltd, Malta (Contentsquare group). Cookies
_hjSessionUser_<id>(365 days) and_hjSession_<id>(30 minutes) and related identifiers. Hotjar records anonymised sessions and heatmaps; text you type into forms is suppressed and never recorded. Data is hosted in the European Union. Recordings are kept for up to 365 days.
Forms and email
The contact form and the newsletter sign-up send the details you enter to our website server (Vercel, Frankfurt) which delivers them to our mailbox through the email service Resend (European Union region). Neither sets a cookie.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies are set on the basis of your consent: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act; for the Swiss controller, the Federal Act on Data Protection. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. The analytics cookies are then deleted and no further data is collected.
Your choices
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your choice, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. The website keeps working without them.
